Recently, the Vanguard Administration held a discussion and later a vote to allow for focus bypassing for both the Warfare Focus and the Community Focus!
So what does this mean?
This means that anyone regardless of your rank within Vanguards are eligible to join these two Focuses! While anyone is able to apply, please note that there is a possibility that you still may be denied if you have recent punishments.
