1. Vel_um resigned from Director-General. (o7)
2. ReiAstra was promoted to Director-General.
3. Both ChesserGamerTTV and legomaster25182028 were promoted to Reaper Battalion Wardens (deputy directors)!
4. Para_Bellum was promoted to Black Dagger Praefectus.
5. JBF3 was promoted to Fabricator-General of CE (director)!
6. ollyuoi was promoted to Praefectus of CE.
7. Sorzius was promoted to Leviathan Archon.
