RC Promotions and Resignation + Chimera Promotion

Following a few weeks behind that 4 new RC Generals were appointed. Those individuals were the following:

• enderwarrior602
• mikonorza – promoted to Hellguard Paragon thus earning the General rank in RC.
• Revuth – promoted to Spectres Archon thus earning the General rank in RC.
• Zinterex – promoted to Divisional Management General.

Additionally a new Interim Chief Marshal was appointed. The individual appointed for that position was: Zinterex.
