Hello everyone. Some of you may have noticed some permissions and channels being moved around and updated. This was done in an effort to build a more inclusive and sustained environment for Legionaries, in addition to their new responsibilities to further assist in Discord moderation. Below you will find a list of all the changes that have been made.
- Administrative voting has been established within the OC.
- All members of the Officer Core are now permitted to vote on HC votes. The entirety of the OC has the weight of one vote (one Council member). Depending on the size of the OC, this is subject to change, but is not guarenteed.
- Legionary can now see OC categories and contribute to administrative voting.
- Legionary is not an officer rank at this time. These are quality of life changes to better distinguish the rank.
- Sub-officer categories have been changed around a bit. Expect further changes depending on the future of Welfare.
- Legionary can now mute as a form of punishment and moderation. In recognition of their seniority, Warlords have also received an increase in their mute permission maximum.
- Legionary (N/A –> 2 hour maximum)
- Warlord (6 –> 8 hour maximum)
Please allow a few hours for documents and pathway material to update to reflect these changes. The main purpose of this change is to recognize the potential of the Legionary of this rank and provide those who serve under it an opportunity to show that they and their rank are worthy of officership. If the members of the Officer Core continue to improve and behave, these ranks may be elevated further.
