Appeals

Punishments are only meant to be appealed if you feel that the punishment applied was either:

  1. Too severe for the infraction
  2. That you didn’t actually break rules
  3. That you do not believe the case was adequately handled

While any of these criteria being met does not guarantee the result of an appeal being accepted, it shows just eligibility for it. The key thing is that for appeals, someone must not be guilty of what they are appealing. If you admit guilt, then a clemency request is where your case belongs.

Certain cases can not be appealed such as: non-permanent punishments over one year prior to the appeal date.

You can appeal a case by clicking the button below.

Clemencies

Clemency requests are meant to be submitted in cases where you know you are guilty and are admitting guilt and asking for forgiveness.

It is very important to note that while you may be admitting to infractions you have committed, it is not guaranteed that your clemency will be accepted. Clemencies are judged on a number of factors such as:

  1. How severe the infraction was
  2. If anyone was impacted by your infraction
  3. How much time has passed since your infraction
  4. How sincere your clemency request is
  5. Behavior since the incident occurred.
Some punishments may not be clemencied such as: non-permanent punishments (i.e. kicks, mutes, etc).

You can file a clemency by clicking the button below.

Misconduct Reports

Misconduct reports can be filed at any time against any sub-officer or above within the main Imperium. If cases are submitted, a full investigation of the alleged incident will take place. Once the investigation is finished, the parties will be contacted with the adjudicated results and the punishment, if any are incurred, will be issued.

How are cases judged

Cases are judged on a few factors:

  1. If the behavior displayed is a trend or a one-time thing
  2. How egregious the behavior is
  3. Precedent
  4. Dedication and service time to the group can be considered mitigating factors
